I quite literally can’t help it…

This is who I am.

I am the eldest daughter (and eldest granddaughter), an Enneagram 1 (the Reformer… ahem, the perfectionist), a Virgo Rising (…with a Virgo stellium), a 1/3 Sacral Generator (I go deep and experiment until I get it right).

This is how I’m wired. I think in systems. I tackle every problem, not because it’s a fault, but because I can see the possibility of what could be.

I started my career in the girl boss era, working in sales organizations, where the grind = life. I was working 90 hours a week, at home during the pandemic, 5 months pregnant with my first. No one is surprised that I wound up so deeply burnt out. (Though a few did lose bets on me quitting my job, selling everything, and moving to Europe…)

And after all of this, there’s one thing I’m certain of…
There’s a better way.
There is a way to a lead a bold, impactful business, and still thrive in your own life.

I’m Cheyanne, a strategic operations expert, an American in Paris, and mom of two. I’ve spent 15 years in strategic operations, including at Amazon Web Services, where I built and scaled global tech programs from $0 to billions in revenue. I know how to build the resilient and adaptable infrastructure businesses need, but it came at a cost.

I hit the kind of bone-deep burnout that makes you rethink everything. So I left.

Now, I bring that same operational expertise to visionary entrepreneurs who are ready to grow without the grind. I partner with the business owners who, like myself, aren’t willing to compromise their own well being and their ambitions.
