We will get along if you believe that…

  • ambition isn’t a bad word.
  • you didn’t build this business to spend your one wild and precious life chasing defaulted payments or troubleshooting broken automations.
  • you’re done cycling between the grind and checked-out coasting in your business. You know there’s a more sustainable and successful way.
  • a strong business foundation can be game-changing to your bottom line and your sanity.
  • trust in your operations advisor is non-negotiable; you don’t need one more person to manage.

You’re here to build something that matters and still have time to make it to school pickup, travel the world, or have slow mornings with your partner. It’s not either or.

I’m Cheyanne

I know what it feels like to build something incredible… and still feel like it might break you.

I’m Cheyanne, mom of two, an American in Paris, founder, and business operations expert. I’ve spent 15 years building billion-dollar programs at Amazon Web Services and scaling companies and teams in finance and healthcare. I took tech programs from €0 to billions in revenue and managed global teams —but I also hit the kind of bone-deep burnout that makes you rethink everything.

So I left. Now, I bring Fortune 500 operational expertise to ambitious female entrepreneurs who are ready to scale sustainably, because the systems that create billion-dollar businesses can also create the life you actually want to live.

I’m here to roll up my sleeves and get shit done – together.

I have direct industry experience in tech, finance, healthcare, coaching, startups, & small business.

“If you’re looking for someone who not only sees the big picture but rolls up their sleeves to deliver it—Cheyanne Johnson is that leader.”

-CAM MCNAUGHT, Tech Executive
